Informative letter for the processing of data in accordance with article 13 of the privacy code, law 196/2003We wish to inform you, in accordance with article 13 of law 196/2003 (Code on the protection of personal data), that personal data regarding you may be processed in observance of the law indicated above.
Objectives of the Process
1) objectives strictly connected with and necessary to the sale of our products. Without this data it will not be possible to supply the products requested.
2) objectives functional to our activity, such as: market research, economic and statistic analyses, mailing of advertising/informative/promotional material and updates on initiatives and offers to reward customers.
3) communication of your data to third-party companies carefully selected by Amonnfire, for direct offers of their products or services.
4) communication of your data to the Partners and third parties managed by them for offers of their products and services.
5) possibility, for Amonnfire, to contact you directly – or through specifically appointed Companies – to assess your level of satisfaction with the services offered.
Consent to the processing of your data for objectives 2) - 3) – 4) – 5) is optional and may be withdrawn as indicated in point 4 of art. 7
We also wish to inform you that you may request, in writing and at any time, the update, correction or completion of your data, also exercising all the rights pursuant to art. 7 of Law 196/2003.
Processing methods
Your data may be processed using IT instruments and/or hardcopy.
Subjects to which your personal data may be communicated
Allowing for the communications made in fulfilment of a legal obligation, your data may be communicated to the following groups of subjects:
1. physical or juridical persons who supply specific services: data processing, logistic services, consulting services, etc.
2. commercial intermediaries, banks and credit companies, commercial information companies, credit recovery companies, credit assurance companies, certification of financial statements and quality systems.
3. The managers of the business organisation structure and of the Amonnfire group companies, as well as those responsible for the business areas relating to them.
We also wish to inform you that you may request, at any time and in writing, the update, correction or completion of your data, also exercising all the rights pursuant to art. 7 of Law 196/2003.
Indication of the owner and manager
The owner of the process is Amonnfire, with registered office in Ponte nelle Alpi (BL), locality Cima i Prà.
The manager of the personal data process is the company’s Managing Director.
Defence of privacy
Collection of data:
The personal data is collected directly by Amonnfire, meaning that it is acquired by economic operators who form databases and files for economic or marketing purposes, or that it is taken from public lists (e.g.: Yellow Pages, the Telephone Directory).
Purpose of the process:
The databases are built up for the purpose of commercial information, sending advertising material and technical and/or commercial communications.
Information letter to the data subject: art. 13 of the Privacy Code (Law 196/2003)
Provision of the informative letter is the fulfilment of the main obligation in defence of the data subject, being aimed at:
• disclosing the purposes and methods of the process performed
• guaranteeing the obligation of provision of the data
• describing the categories of subjects to whom the data is released and the environment of its distribution
• guaranteeing the faculty to exercise the rights, which the privacy law assigns to the data subject with reference to his/her data
The informative letter indicates the subject who owns the process: in our case, as mentioned, the owner of the process in Amonnfire, which determines the objectives and methods of the data process for the dispatch of commercial communications.
Consent to processing - art. 23 and 24 Privacy Code
The privacy law envisages the obligation of acquiring the prior consent of the data subject to process his/her personal data. Such consent must be given:
- freely
- in specific form
- recorded in writing Consent is considered as having been given under valid circumstances when it has been preceded by the informative letter.
The obligation to give consent is excluded when the process consists simply in filing.
- Data from public registers, lists, deeds or documents available to everyone
- Data relating to the performance of economic activities
Consent to send e-mails
Art. 130 of the new privacy code (law 196/2003), envisages the obligation to acquire the prior consent of the data subject - (both for the activity aimed at the end consumer, b2c, and for activities regarding businesses, b2b) to send advertising messages or commercial communications using e-mail.
Our privacy policy
The collection of data may take place:
• by directly entering information into our online forms
• through third parties, via the acquisition of information from lists and databases of suppliers of personal data (e.g.: Yellow Pages, the Telephone Directory)
• data subjects receive the information drawn up by us:
• at the end of our online forms
• in a first message sent by e-mail in relation to data collected from third parties, which may be followed by the consent of the data subject upon receipt of commercial communications, or by request for the opposition of and removal of the data processed
The data subjects are asked by Amonnfire to consent to:
• the processing of the data (where required)
• the use of e-mail for marketing purposes
Amonnfire guarantees that it has obtained:
• consent for data acquired through online forms
• appropriate guarantees from our data suppliers
Addressees who do not wish to continue receiving promotional messages from Amonnfire and its customers may exercise the right to oppose the processing of the data and receipt of promotional messages via e-mail, requesting the cancellation of information regarding them by sending an e-mail to RICHIESTA DI RIMOZIONE (request for removal)
The data subject may request, at any time, in accordance with article 7 of the privacy code:
• the origin of his/her data
• information on the purposes and methods of processing
• removal of their data from the list of customers of Amonnfire.

Removal:
We also wish to inform you that if you wish to be removed from the database created and managed by Amonnfire, you can go directly to RICHIESTA DI RIMOZIONE (request for removal)specifically indicating the e-mail address to be removed. In this way you we can satisfy your request. A message will confirm cancellation.
