Directive 89/106
Directive 89/106 provides the world of construction and materials manufacturers the instructions and rules for offering their products to the market. On the subject of fire safety, it makes reference to a series of product standards that specify:

• the technical and performance characteristics necessary to guarantee respect for essential safety requirements
• classification standards, test methods and the calculation procedures to follow when evaluating product performance
• the certification level of conformity

Amonn Fire also respects all standards for the testing, inspection and certification of its own passive fire-protection system to determine the contribution of the materials used to defend steel, wood and traditional concrete and prestressed concrete structures.
