Technology for every material

Amonn Fire gives every material special attention, developing specific protective products based on its unique mechanical properties and reaction to fire. There are four main fields of application, which are discussed more fully in the pages that follow:

• Steel: intumescent paints slow down the deformation process, extending the resistance of the structure

• Wood: intumescent and fire-retardant products control its reaction to fire and extend its combustion resistance.

• Reinforced concrete, prestressed and masonry work: intumescent plasters and paints consolidate the outside layer, protecting the metal reinforcing bars inside.
